Item description may say PAR meter but it’s a lux meter!
Thought it was a PAR meter because that’s what the product description said but it only measures Lux but there is a math equation to convert lux to Par but it’s not an exact measurement will just get you a close to Par measurement which may be good enough for most growers but not me I’m conducting Par tests on lights and require exact measurements so I’ll be returning this product, for an actual PAR meter, sorry I didn’t take it out of the package and try that way I could give you a little more information on it but since I’m returning I’m not opening it up, but like I said I can tell from looking at it in package that it’s a quality lux meter most likely the best you can get, I like hydrofarm and think they make great quality products so if your looking for lux meter for weather your ...
