I love it!
Pillow is the perfect height without having to remove any of the inner pillows. It is also extremely comfortable. I slept much better my first night and did not wake up with any neck aches or headaches like I usually do. My only complaint is that the pillow case is not water proof or bed bug proof. At least the packaging does not say so.
