If the calcium carbide does not bubble, but the oxygen pump has launched the sound, there are two idear to solutions:

1. The blue throttle valve may be blocked, remove the throttle from the hose, find a sharp thing, poke it in the hole of the stop valve, and then connect the hose and Power, see the calcium carbide is bubbling.

2. Remove the throttle valve directly, the hose directly connected to the oxygen pump. Note: In this case, the oxygen pump should be above the tank position, must higher than the tank ,otherwise the water in the tank will flow back into the hose, which will damage the oxygen pump.
