Can I give more than 5 stars? I ordered these on 2/20....they arrived today 2/23 Wow!! 😲 I've been looking for reusable bags with a tank top profile as opposed to ones that look like a purse 👜 because with the tank top you can tie a knot on it & nothing can spill out and wandering hands are off limits. Anyway, I highly recommend this seller for super fast shipping (arrived early) and communication/keeping me updated with the package.

Very disappointed with the “customer service”. Item quality is poor, and I complained, they started offering me money in $12 increments. Next week half the headlight went out, I explained the urgency to get a replacement shipped to me asap, which address, and that I’d send back the defective unit afterwards. Instead, I was offered $30. For what? I need a functioning headlight. They asked to check wiring, I did a step by step quality check and sent that to them. They have been useless.

As soon as I left the negative feedback, they reached out to me, told me they would replace the defective item, ONLY AFTER i change the feedback to positive. What a joke. They claim a 3 year warranty but wont help you out atfer 1 month of ownership, just past ebay return window. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY. POOR QUALITY, POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
