Kimberly was amazing to work with. Not only did she ship the item immediately, she arranged expedited shipping thru fed ex. They had many hiccups and were going to get the item delivered 2 days later than anticipated. She did not stop there she got on the phone with them, arranged for us to pick the shipment up from our local ship hub and got them to discount our expedited shipping for the hassle!
